1. How do I place a custom order?
To place a custom order, head over to the Custom Orders page and submit your request form.
Be as detailed as possible so we can bring your vision to life. Once reviewed, you’ll receive confirmation and next steps.
2. How long does it take to complete a custom order?
Turnaround time varies depending on the item and level of customization. Most orders are completed within 7–14 business days. You’ll be updated throughout the process.
3. Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
All sales are final due to the custom nature of our products.
However, if there is an issue with your order,
please reach out and we’ll review it on a case-by-case basis.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and understand they are clearly stated prior to purchase.
Chargebacks don’t skip the process. We dispute them fully and reserve the right to recover any losses and fees.
4. What if my item arrives damaged?
Once your order has been shipped and a tracking number has been provided, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier. We are not liable for any damage that occurs during transit.
However, if the shipping carrier approves a claim and compensates us, we may offer to recreate a similar item based on material availability. Please note that exact replicas are not guaranteed, as most items are unique.
To assist with any potential claim, we recommend taking photos and/or an unboxing video upon delivery.
5. Can I request specific designs, characters, or brands?
We create items inspired by styles, vibes, and aesthetics you love. However, we do not claim ownership of any copyrighted material. Requests are fulfilled within creative and legal guidelines.

What you see is what you get. Each listing reflects the actual design, style, and finish of the item you will receive.
If you’d like a closer look before purchasing, we’re happy to provide additional photos or videos upon request so you can feel confident in your order.
Please note that once an order is placed, the item is considered final and yours.
With our handcrafted custom pieces minor imperfections may occur. We like to call these details “kissed by the creator”, a reminder that your item is uniquely made just for you.
7. How do I care for my items?
To keep your items looking their best:
Avoid excessive heat or cold
Keep away from prolonged water exposure
Do Not Submerge in Water
Dropping the item or any form of impact can cause damage. Please handle your item with care to maintain its quality.
(For drinkware items : hand wash only, no microwave, and no dishwasher.
If rhinestoned, blue dawn liquid soap can be used to shine)
(For clothing: Handwash or delicate wash on cold. Hang to dry. Dryer or dry cleaning is not recommended)
Any damage caused by improper care, including drops or impact, is not indicative of the craftsmanship or integrity of our pieces.
8. When does responsibility transfer after shipping?
Once your order is shipped and a tracking number is provided, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier. We are not liable for delays, lost, or stolen packages. But we will worry with you and appreciate your patience in knowing that this is not a reflection of our busniess.
9. Do you offer updates during the process?
Yes. Communication is a priority. You’ll receive updates, especially for custom pieces, so you stay in the loop every step of the way.
