RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
At TBDCreationz, most of what we create is custom made just for you. Every piece is designed with intention, care, and your specific vision in mind. Because of that, all sales are final.
No Refunds
We do not offer refunds. This applies to custom items, personalized pieces, and premade items. Once your order is placed and approved, it is considered a commitment on both ends.
I stay in close communication throughout the design and production process to make sure you love what you are receiving before it ships. Your approval matters. Once you give it, the item officially belongs to you.
Exchanges (Very Rare)
Exchanges are only considered in extreme circumstances and are approved at my discretion only. These situations are rare, reviewed case by case, and approval is not guaranteed.
