How Deposits Work

Reserve your custom order with a non-refundable deposit, which is applied toward your total purchase. We’ll discuss your design ideas and send you a mockup for approval before production begins. Once your mockup is approved, we’ll complete your order, and the remaining balance will be due before your order is shipped, delivered, or picked up.

To help keep your order on schedule, please respond to mockups and messages as soon as possible. Production cannot move forward without your approval, and delayed communication may result in delays to your order.

Please Note: If we do not receive a response within 14 calendar days, your order may be closed. We do not store open orders, incomplete projects, or customer materials indefinitely. A new deposit may be required to reopen your order. Deposits are non-refundable and are applied toward the total cost of your order.

HOW DEPOSITS WORK

1. Pay Your Deposit
Submit your deposit to reserve your custom order.

2. Design Consultation
We’ll discuss your vision, colors, wording, and any other design details.

3. Mockup Approval
You’ll receive a mockup to review and approve before production begins.

4. Final Payment
The remaining balance is due before your order is shipped, delivered, or picked up.

5. Receive Your Order
Once final payment is received, your order will be shipped, delivered, or ready for pickup.

Important Information

• Deposits are non-refundable and are applied toward the total cost of your order.

• Please respond to mockups and messages as soon as possible. Production cannot move forward without your approval, and delayed communication may result in delays to your order.

• Any requested changes after approval may result in additional fees and/or an extended turnaround time.
